Enrique G. Perez, 59, passed away Friday, May 11, 2018 peacefully in his home. He is proceeded in death by his parents; Gavriel Perez and Manuela G. Perez, wife; Erma Perez, Sister; Estela Perez, Brothers; Antonio, Armando, Joe and Raymond Perez Mr. Perez was born and raised in Uvalde, Texas. He was a very talented musician who enjoyed composing music. During his career, he made many friends and had many followers. His greatest passion was his family, often times singing his composed songs to them. Mr. Perez’s most notable song was “Encino” which he composed for his own band Los Gorrincillos from Uvalde, Texas. Mr. Perez will be missed most by his sons; Juan Enrique (Angie Vasquez) Perez, Rick Mireles, daughters; Blanca (Inez Perez) Antu, Monica (Mark) Garcia, Sarah Perez, Precious (Donald) Perez, brothers; Gabriel Jr, Andres and Juan Perez, 19 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild, Gentlemen servicing as Pallbearers; Estevan Lopez Jr., Ricky Garcia Jr., Ryan Garcia, Jimmy & Justin Arreola, Jose Luis Vasquez with Fidencio, Martin and Marcos Garcia servicing as Honorary Pallbearers. A Visitation will be held, Tuesday, May 15, 2018 from 5:00 P.M to 9:00PM at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Serenity, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas.A reading of the Holy Rosary will also be held 7:00PM Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Serenity, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow 11:00AM Wednesday, May 16, 2018, Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 408 Fort Clark Road, Uvalde, Texas. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery, Uvalde, Texas
