Anita Ramirez of Uvalde died Wednesday November 29, 2023 at Methodist Stone Oak Hospital in San Antonio.
A Visitation will take place Monday, December 4, 2023 from 3:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home where a Rosary will begin at 7:00 P.M. Mass set for Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.
She was born on December 31, 1961 in San Antonio to Francisca Ferdin and Raul Ramirez.
She is survived by her two daughters; Erica Amescua and husband; Lee, Jessica Garcia and husband; Christian all of Uvalde, six sisters; Yolanda Mauricio, Maria Esther Garza, Maria Elena Gear all of Uvalde, Lucia Mauricio of Austin, Gracie Ramirez of California, Eva Pierce of Kansas, one brother; Raul Ramirez of San Antonio, four grandchildren; Aidan Amescua, Carson Amescua, Maximus Garcia, Kylie Garcia all of Uvalde.
Pallbearers will be Maximus Garcia, AJ Negrete, Felix Peterson, Raymond Mauricio, Jesse Ramirez, Raul Ramirez all of Uvalde.
She is preceded in death by son; Jose Ramirez, both parents; Francisca Ferdin Ramirez, Raul Ramirez, three brothers; Antonio Ramirez, Bartolo Gonzalez, Sostenes Ramirez, one sister; Olga Ramirez,
