Anita Sanchez, age 87 of Uvalde, Texas passed away Saturday, July 25, 2020 in Uvalde, Texas. Anita Sanchez was born in Campbellton, Texas on July 28, 1932 to Juan Sanchez and Adelfina Guerra. She is preceded in death by his parents; Juan Sanchez and Adelfina Sanchez, brothers, Raymundo Sanchez, Alberto Sanchez, sister, Estela Marez.
Anita Sanchez will be missed most by her loving son, George Rodriguez, of Uvalde, Texas, brother, Juan Sanchez Jr, of Uvalde, Texas, sisters; Irene Perez, of Illinois, Maria Vasquez, Genoveva Placencia, both of Uvalde, Texas. 4 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
The Sanchez family would like to thank everyone for their cooperation during this time as we allow only 50 percent capacity and required mask coverings during all services.

A recitation of the Holy Rosary will also be held at 7:00 P.M., Monday, July 27, 2020. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Serenity, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas.
Interment to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery, 527 Lovers Lane, Uvalde, Texas.
