Anselmo Zertuche, age 68 of Uvalde, Texas passed away Wednesday, December 2, 2020 Castroville, Texas. Anselmo Zertuche was born in Mexico, on June 26, 1952 to Amparo Zertuche. He is preceded in death by mother; Amparo Zertuche, brother; Julio Rivera.
Anselmo Zertuche will be missed most by her loving daughters; Leticia Flores, of Seguin, Texas, Jessica Flores Cardenas, of Seguin, Texas, brothers; Jose Luis Rivera, of Houston, Texas, Victor Rivera, Seguin, Texas, Fidel Rivera, of Uvalde, sisters; Teresa Rivera, of Uvalde, Texas, Leonor Rivera, of, Piedras Negras, Maria Luisa Rivera, of Seguin, Texas, Veronica Barboza, of Uvalde and numerous nieces and nephews.
The Zertuche family would like to thank everyone for their cooperation during this time as we allow only 75 percent capacity and required mask coverings during all services.
A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 from 12:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Serenity, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas.
Due to Covid-19, no Vigil is being held and the Zertuche family will be reciting the holy rosary on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at 7:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Serenity, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Uvalde, Texas.
Cremation is under the direction of Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home.
