Arjelia “Angie” Dehoyos, 56, of Brownfield, Texas, passed away peacefully on September 1, 2025. Angie was born on October 19, 1968, in Brownfield to Gabriel Flores and Santa Ana Esquivel.
A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Angie dedicated her life to caring for her family. She was a loving homemaker whose warmth filled every room she entered. Angie had a special love for gardening, cooking, and caring for her beloved dog. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her grandsons, Travis and Josh, who brought light to her days and smiles to her heart.
Angie is survived by her loving husband of 38 years, Juan Manuel Dehoyos; her son, Juan Manuel Dehoyos Jr.; her daughters, Esmeralda F. Dehoyos and Priscilla Dehoyos; and her grandsons, Travis Dehoyos and Josh Dehoyos.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Gabriel Flores and Santa Ana Esquivel, as well as her beloved in-laws.
A visitation will be held Saturday, September 13, 2025 from 12:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Serenity, a prayer service will take place at 7:00 P.M.
Cremation is under the direction of Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home.
Angie will be remembered for her generous spirit, kind heart, and unwavering love for her family. She leaves behind a legacy of warmth and strength that will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
