Armando Martinez Gaitan's Obituary
It is with great sadness that the family of Armando Gaitan of San Antonio, born March 30, 1960, announce his passing. Armando went to be with the Lord surrounded, as in life, by family and love.
He will be dearly missed and remembered by his loving wife of 37 years Mary, whom he loved with all his heart.
Armando is survived by his children Armando Jr (Angie), Michael (Cheryl), April (Carlos) and grandchildren Briah, Sadie, Elijah, Kinzley, Ali, Jionni, Zach and Tyler; sisters Dora Blackburn, Alicia Mobley, Mary Huizar, Delia Gaitan, Linda Estrada (Valde); brother Calletano Gaitan (Cecilia), numerous brothers and sisters in law, nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Calletano Zuniga Gaitan and Margarita Martinez Gaitan.
A few paragraphs can do little to sum up the life of Armando Gaitan, but if you leave with nothing else, know that Armando was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother; an avid fisherman, a great friend to all; his generosity was without limit, and his kindness without end. His presence will be greatly missed.
