Armando Salazar 64 of Uvalde died Tuesday April 30, 2024 at Cornerstone Specialty Hospital in Round Rock, Texas .
A Visitation will take place Sunday, May 5, 2024 from 12:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home where a Rosary will take place at 7:00 P.M. A Mass set for Monday, May 6, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. in Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.
He was born on September 14, 1959 to Andrea Gutierrez and Jesus Salazar.
He is survived by his four brothers; Joe Salazar Sr. and companion; Linda Reyes, Johnny Salazar and wife; Victoria, Luis Salazar and wife; Becky, Juan Salazar and wife; Rosa all of Uvalde, Texas, five sisters; Lupe Garcia and husband; Ascencion “Chon” of La Pryor, Texas, Linda Marinez and husband; Anselmo of Phoenix Arizona, Gloria Pesina and husband; Jose of Brownwood, Texas, Pura Samaniego of Uvalde, Texas, Maria Castillo of Temple, Texas. Numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be; Joe Salazar Sr., Johnny Salazar, Luis Salazar, Juan Salazar, Ramiro Salazar all of Uvalde, Texas, Chris Salazar of Temple, Texas.
He is preceded in death by both his parents; Andrea Gutierrez Salazar and Jesus Salazar, brothers; Miguel Salazar, Jesse Salazar, Omero Salazar, Gonzalo Salazar.
