Belen Tobar Hidalgo, 64 of Uvalde died Friday, November 10, 2023 at Uvalde Memorial Hospital in Uvalde.
Visitation will take place Tuesday, November 21, 2023 from 12:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home where a Prayer Service will begin at 7:00 P.M. Cremation to follow.
She was born on December 18, 1958 in Uvalde, Texas to Frances Chapoy and Secundino Tobar.
She is survived by her mother; Frances C. Perez, five sons; Jose Luis Ortiz Jr. and wife; Lety of Weslaco, Isaac Delgado and wife; Roxcelli of San Antonio, Felipe Gonzalez, Jonathon Gonzalez and companion; Samantha, Joe Anthony Gonzalez and companion; Yolanda all of Uvalde, two daughters; Veronica Guedea and husband; Elmer, Jennifer Noriega and husband; Juan all of Uvalde, one brother; Tommy Tobar and wife; Lety of Uvalde, one sister; Eunice Rodriguez and husband; Samuel of Uvalde, one aunt; Bertha Kimble. 27 grandchildren. 3 great grandchildren. Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
She is preceded in death by father; Secundino Tobar, one brother; Jonathan Tobar, one granddaughter; Kendra R. Delgado.
