Benito Martinez Sr, age 57 of Uvalde, Texas passed away Saturday, August 22, 2020 in San Antonio, Texas. Benito Martinez was born in Uvalde, Texas on May 6, 1963 to Trinidad Martinez and Luisa Coronado. He is preceded in death by both his parents; Trinidad Martinez and Luisa Coronado Martinez, brother, Julio Martinez, sister, Tina Chapa.
Benito Martinez Sr. will be missed most by his loving son, Benito (Tamara) Martinez Jr, of Uvalde, Texas, daughters, Felicha Nicole (Abel Lopez) Martinez, Jasmine (Danny Castillo) Martinez, both of Uvalde, Texas, brothers; Albert Martinez, Johnny Martinez, Trinidad Martinez, Ramiro Martinez, all of Uvalde, Texas, sisters, Yvonne (David) Allen, Gloria Guerra, both of Uvalde, Texas, 10 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
The Martinez family would like to thank everyone for their cooperation during this time as we allow only 50 percent capacity and required mask coverings during all services.
A Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 30, 2020 from 12:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. and Monday, August 31, 2020 from 12:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Tranquility, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas.
Cremation under the direction of Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home.
