Carlos Humberto Romero 41 of Uvalde died Monday April 29, 2024 at Kincaid Hotel in Uvalde.
A Visitation will take place Sunday, May 5, 2024 from 12:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home where a Prayer will take place at 7:00 P.M. A Funeral Service set for Monday, May 6, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.
He was born on November 24, 1982 in Brownsville, Texas to Maria Cipriana Zapata and Humberto Reynaldo Romero.
He is survived by his companion; Blanca Sanchez of Uvalde, two sons; Dylan Sanchez, Misael Sanchez both of Uvalde, mother; Maria Cipriana Geihsler of Uvalde, brother; Oscar Romero and wife’ Jessica of Uvalde, sister; Mirsa Ramirez and husband; Oscar of Uvalde.
Pallbearers will be; Michael Zapata of Lubbock, Oscar Romero, Oscar Ramirez, Dylan Sanchez, Joel Zapata, Jesse Ramirez, Ethan Zapata, Rick Rodriguez all of Uvalde.
He is preceded in death by both his father; Humberto Reynaldo Romero, grandfather; Antonio Zapata, grandmother; Amalia Zapata.
