Daniel “Big D” Ruiz was a man who had no equal. He was a close friend of mine and because of him I was welcomed into his circle of friends and family. You couldn’t go to a store with Big D without him talking to every person he passed, everyone knew him. I will miss hearing his stories and visiting with all the people who would stop by his shop to see him. His family was the most important thing to him and we talked all the time about them. He left a legacy that very few men can match and he will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Much Love Big D and thanks for all you did for me and my family.
Rest In Peace Big D, even though I came into your life for a short time. You treated me like I was one of your own. Me and the kids will cherish the memories we made in such a short time. Watch over all of us. Thanks for being the best “fake Grandpa” as you would tell the kids.
Remember good times and laughs. Went out to HardRock Café in a Limo (San Antonio TX) to celebrate all March birthday as he and I and others have the same month. Danny you are humble, happy guy, always there for others. You will be missed. Oscar and I give our Deepest Condolences to the family. 🙏
