David Martinez 45 of Uvalde died Monday July 24, 2023 at Metropolitan Methodist Hospital in San Antonio.
Visitation will take place Monday, July 31, 2023 from 12:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home where A Rosary will begin at 7:00 P.M. Mass is set for Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Cremation to follow.
He was born on June 10, 1978 in Houston to Martha Marcela De Luna and Salvador Martinez.
He is survived by his wife; Maria Elisa Martinez of San Marcos formally of Uvalde; married in Uvalde November 12, 2005, three sons; Anferney House, Andrew House, both of San Antonio, Enrique Valdez and wife; Dalit both of San Marcos, three daughters; Beatrice Martinez of San Antonio, Corina Lee Rodriguez, Julissa Mae Valdez both of San Marcos, one brother; Joe Martinez and wife; Sylvia of Devine, one sister; Martha Hernandez of Illinois. 13 grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be; Beatrice Martinez of San Antonio, Enrique Valdez, Corina Lee Rodriguez both San Marcos.
He is preceded in death by both parents; Martha Marcela De Luna Martinez and Salvador Martinez.
