David G. Vela Sr., age 58 of Uvalde, Texas passed away Saturday, August 15, 2020 in Uvalde, Texas. David G. Vela Sr. was born in Uvalde, Texas on August 16, 1961 to Valentin Vela and Hortencia Garza. He is preceded in death by both parents; Valentin Vela and Hortencia Garza Vela.
David G. Vela Sr. will be missed most by his loving son; David (Marissa) Vela Jr., of San Antonio, Texas, sisters, Rachel Gonzalez, Nora (Jaime) Gonzales, both of Uvalde, Texas, Lorrie Fuller, of Duncan Oklahoma, grandchildren, Cristian David Vela, Monserrat Vela, Nicolas Elijah Vela, numerous nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.
Cremation under the direction of Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home.
