Devyn Jay Morris' Obituary
Devyn Jay Morris, age 15, of Uvalde, Texas, passed away on December 12, 2024. He was born on March 20, 2009, to Jessica M. Norris and Danny Jim Morris.
Devyn was a bright and energetic young man who brought joy to everyone around him. He had a passion for gaming, a love for Marvel movies, and was a devoted fan of Batman and the Joker. In addition to his hobbies, Devyn was known for his quick wit and was a comedian at heart, always ready to make others laugh.
Devyn is survived by his mother, Jessica M. Norris; father, Danny Jim Morris; stepfather, Johnathan Norris; brothers, Jaidyn R. Norris, Danny J. Morris, and Logan A. Norris; sisters, Jaylyn A. Camacho and Brooklyn Norris; grandmothers, Maria Verdusco and Christine Chapa; grandfather, Jesse Camacho; as well as many other family members who loved him dearly.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22, 2024, from 12 PM to 9 PM, with a Prayer Service at 7 PM. A Funeral Service is set on Monday, December 23, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home. Chapel of Serenity, located at 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas. Interment to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.
Devyn will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
