Dolores Vasquez Guerrero's Obituary
Dolores Vasquez Guerrero, 73 of Uvalde died August 17, 2022 at Texsan Methodist Hospital in San Antonio.
A Visitation will take place Tuesday, August 23, 2022 from 1:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. and Wednesday, August 24, 2022 from noon to 9:00 P.M.at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home where a Rosary will begin at 7:00 P.M. both days. Mass is set Thursday, August 25, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.
She was born on April 8, 1949 in Villa Union, Coahuila Mexico to Maria Zamora and Luciano Vasquez.
She is survived by husband; Roberto Javier Guerrero of Uvalde, six sons; Roberto Guerrero Jr. and wife; Raquel, Carlos Guerrero, Miguel A. Guerrero, Javier Guerrero, Orlando Juan Guerrero all of Uvalde, Enrique Guerrero and wife; Maricela of Sabinal, one daughter; Cristina Guerrero and husband; Albert of Uvalde, two brothers; Anastacio Vasquez and wife; Concepcion of Uvalde, Luciano Vasquez Jr. of Oklahoma, five sisters; Maria Vasquez of Georgia, Maria Martinez and husband; Chano of Hereford, Yolanda Ramirez and husband; Victor of Brownsville, Lupe Vasquez of Dallas, Juanita Vasquez of Georgia, 32 grandchildren and 23 great-great grandchildren.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Xavier Gutierrez, Freddie “Baby Boy” Munoz, Melina Guerrero, Angel Marie Guerrero all of Uvalde, Jeremiah Munoz of Washington.
Pallbearers will be Chris Gutierrez Jr., Mark Anthony Garcia, Tristan Guerrero, Javier Guerrero Jr., R.J. Guerrero III, Miguel Guerrero Jr., Nathan Guerrero all of Uvalde, Orlando Juan Guerrero Jr., of San Antonio.
She is preceded in death by both parents; Maria Zamora Vasquez and Luciano Vasquez, two nephews; Thaddeus Garcia, Izaiah Leal, four nieces; Geneva Bustamante, Becky Martinez, Katherine Ramirez, Naomi Vasquez.
