Dora Cardoza, age 70, of Uvalde, Texas passed away Monday, January 18, 2021 in Uvalde, Texas. Dora Cardoza was born in Uvalde, on August 13, 1950 to Luis Juarez and Juanita Castro Juarez. She is preceded in death by both parents, Luis Juarez and Juanita Castro Juarez.
Dora Cardoza will be missed most by her loving husband; Miguel Cardoza, of Uvalde, Texas, son; Miguel Cardoza Jr., of Uvalde, Texas, daughters; Norma Cardoza, Patricia Cardoza, Ysenia Cardoza, Jessica (Joe) Rivas, all of Uvalde, Texas, grand-daughters; Jessenia Ramos, of Uvalde, Texas, Aliea Rivas, Amarillo, Texas, grandsons; Felix Rivas, Julian Rivas, Fabian Rivas, all of Uvalde Texas.
The Cardoza Family would like to thank everyone for their cooperation during this time as we allow only 50 percent capacity and required mask coverings during all services.

A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 from 2:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. and Thursday, January 21, 2021 from 12:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Serenity, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas.
Due to Covid-19, no Vigil is being held and the Cardoza Family will be reciting the Holy Rosary on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at 7:00 P.M, and Thursday, January 21, 2021 at 6:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Serenity, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, January 22, 2021 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 408 Fort Clark Road, Uvalde, Texas.
Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery, 527 @ Stg. Alvarez Lane, Uvalde, Texas
