My Sister was Good Friends with Efrain this past school year, I’m not sure how long they knew each other but she always had amazing things to say about him. It’s so horrible that this tragedy has happened, and a poor child is now gone. I won’t say he’s in a better place, honestly because it’s like saying being with his parents or family wasn’t a good enough place for him and I’m sure it was...
