Obituary for Eloy Lopez Jr.
Eloy Lopez Jr., age 60, passed away on December 26, 2025. He was born on February 10, 1965, in San Pedro, California, to Eloy P. Lopez Sr. and Delia Marie Rosales.
Eloy was a hardworking man who spent many years as a forklift operator in warehouse operations. He took pride in his work and was known for his dedication and reliability.
Outside of work, Eloy found joy in simple pleasures. He loved gardening and had a passion for cooking, whether indoors or outdoors. He also enjoyed watching sports and had a unique talent for sewing, a hobby that reflected his creativity and patience.
Eloy is survived by his loving parents, Eloy P. Lopez Sr. and Delia Marie Rosales; his children, Erika Jaschke Lopez, Zachery Lopez, and Mallory Lopez; and his four cherished grandchildren, Alexandria Regino, Xavier Michael Lopez, Mackenzie Jolee Lopez, and Robert Derrick Delagarza. He is also survived by his sisters, Renee Lopez, Annette Lopez, and Tammy Lopez.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
A Visitation will be held Friday, January 2, 2026 from 2:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Serenity, a prayer service will take place at 7:00 P.M.
Eloy will be remembered for his hardworking spirit, his love for his family, and the warmth he brought to those who knew him. He will be deeply missed by all whose lives he touched.
