Felicitas Moncibais Garcia was born in Del Rio, Texas on July 30, 1939 to Feliciano and Anita Moncibais Garcia. She is preceded in death by both parents, Feliciano and Anita Moncibais Garcia.
Felicitas Moncibais Garcia will be missed most by her loving sister; Alfa Rodriguez, of Del Rio, Texas, nieces; Crystal (Omar) Gomez, Isabel Prieto, both of Del Rio, Texas, great nieces and nephews; Omar Gomez, Sophia Gomez, Romeo Gomez, all of Del Rio, Texas.
Cremation is under the direction of Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home.
