Felis Leal Banda, age 82 of Uvalde, Texas passed away Sunday, July 26, 2020 in Uvalde, Texas. Felis Leal Banda was born in Bracketville, Texas on July 21, 1938 to Esteban Leal and Carolina Sanchez. She is preceded in death by both parents; Esteban Leal and Carolina Sanchez, husband, Rosalio G. Banda, sons; Denny Trevino, Duane Trevino, granddaughter, Evelyn Denise Trevino, sister, Maria Sanchez, daughter-in-law, Maria Camacho.
Felis Leal Banda will be missed most by her loving daughters; Odie (Galo Jimenez) Trevino, Dolores (Fred Gonzales) Banda, Felis Trevino, all of Uvalde, Texas, Maricela Banda, of San Antonio, Texas, sisters; Rosa Lopez, Lupe (Raul) Flores, both of Uvalde, Texas, 12 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren.
The Banda family would like to thank everyone for their cooperation during this time as we allow only 50 percent capacity and required mask coverings during all services.

A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 from 1:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Serenity, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas.
A recitation of the Holy Rosary will also be held at 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, July 28, 2020. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Serenity, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 408 Fort Clark Road, Uvalde, Texas.
Interment to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery, 527 Lovers Lane, Uvalde, Texas.
