Francis Owen, age 31, of Concan Texas passed away Tuesday, May 25, 2021 in Concan, Texas. Francis Owen. was born in Riverdale, Georgia on April 15, 1990 to Paul Owen and Deborah Berks. Both of her loving parents and grandmother, Hettie Owen, precede her in death.
Francis Owen will be missed most by her loving brother; Kyle Watkins, sister; Ashley Watkins, niece; Emma Mae Perez, all of Lubbock, Texas, cousin; Crystal Coleman, of Corpus Christi, Texas.
Cremation is under the direction of Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home.
