Guadalupe S. Castillo, age 72, of Uvalde, Texas passed away Monday, December 23, 2019 in Uvalde, Texas. Guadalupe S. Castillo was born July 13, 1947 in French Camp, California. She is preceded in death by her mother; Soila Samora Castillo brothers; Abelino Alvarado, Arturo Zamora, sister; Mari Lou Cruz, nephews; Roger Alvarado, Victor Manuel Cruz Jr., Michael Ray Cruz and brother in law Santiago Saiz.
Lupe was an avid sports fan she loved the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Longhorns, San Antonio Spurs and she loved to dance. She will be greatly missed by her family, and those who loved her dearly.
Ms. Castillo will be missed most by her loving daughter; Patricia Castillo of Uvalde, Texas, grandchildren; Marcus Anthony Limones, Jeremy Roger Limones both of Uvalde, Texas brothers; George S. (Connie) Rodriguez, Victor Manuel (Angie) Cruz both of Uvalde, Texas sisters; Lilia Saiz of Uvalde, Texas, Evangelina (Victor) Cabrales of Uvalde, Texas, Gloria (Ruben) Reyes of Uvalde, Texas sisters-in-law; Delia Alvarado of San Antonio, Texas, Alice Zamora of Salt Lake City, Utah and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 26, 2019 from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.,
At Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Serenity, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas.
A recitation of the Holy Rosary will also be held at 7:00 P.M. Thursday, December 26, 2019,

A Mass of Christian Burial will follow on Friday, December 27, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at
Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 408 Fort Clark Road, Uvalde, Texas.
Interment to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Cemetery, 527 Lovers Lane, Uvalde, Texas.
