Gustavo Torres, age 59, of Uvalde Texas passed away Wednesday, August 11, 2021 in Uvalde, Texas. Gustavo Torres was born in Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico on May 18, 1962 to Enrique Torres and Herminia Arizmendi- Torres.
Gustavo Torres will be missed most by his loving wife of 37 years, Ofelia C. Torres of Uvalde, Texas, son; Gustavo (Valeria ) Torres of Uvalde, Texas, daughters; Vanessa (Ben) Puerta of Uvalde, Texas, Maribel (Luis Angel) Garza of Uvalde, Texas, brothers; Hilario Torrez, Plainview, Texas, Enrique Torres, Marcelino Torres both of Eagle Pass, Texas, Sergio Torres of Uvalde, Texas, Jose Cruz Torres of Eagle Pass, Texas, sisters; Maria De Jesus Martinez of Eagle Pass, Texas, Sonia Leija of Uvalde, Texas, Rebeca Fuentes of Eagle Pass, Texas, and 10-grandchildren.
A Visitation will be held Saturday, August 14, 2021 from 12:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Serenity, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas.
A Prayer Service will follow Saturday at 7:00PM at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Serenity, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas.
Cremation under the direction of Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home.
