Hector Castro's Obituary
Hector Eduardo Castro, 42 of Uvalde died May 6, 2022 at his residence in Uvalde, Texas.
Visitation will take place on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 and Thursday, May 12, 2022 from noon to 9:00 P.M. both days at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, where A Recitation of the Holy Rosary will begin at 7:00 P.M. both days. A Mass of Christian Burial held Friday, May 14, 2022 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church at 10:00 A.M. Cremation to follow.
He was born on October 10, 1979 in Piedras Negras to Rosantina Reta and Mario Castro.
He is survived by spouse, Claudia Castro of Uvalde whom he married on October 15, 2003 in Uvalde Court House, two sons; Miguel A. Garcia and Hector Castro Jr. both of Uvalde, one daughter Maritza Castro of Uvalde, one brother; David Castro of Eagle Pass, one sister; Veronica Castro of Eagle Pass.
He is preceded in death by both parents; Rosantina Reta and Mario Castro, two brothers; Mario Castro Jr. and Julio Castro.
Pallbearers: Miguel A. Garcia, Hector Castro Jr., David Castro, Reynaldo Balboa, Angel Barrientos, Jorge Escobar all of Uvalde.
