We mourn the loss and celebrate the life of Inez Starr Williams. Inez was born in Harper, TX on March 25, 1928. She moved with her family to the Rio Grande Valley in her early twenties. There she met and married Bud Williams. Afte Read Obituary
Inez and Bud and their children were always very kind to me, and I know that they loved their grandsons more than anything. May cherished memories help keep her near to you all, and may the kindness of loved ones help you through this very sad time.

I regret not seeing her one more time, but I will be ever grateful for her care and wisdom that was such a big influence in my life. When she smiled at you,it was a genuine smile that gave back even more joy than she had received.
Mrs. Williams was the most caring person I have ever known, she raised her three sons, Pete, John , and Richard to become fine, hard working young men.
Family was very important to her, and not just blood family. She readily accepted hers sons friends and welcomed them into her family with open arms and I and my wife, Sue Anne were fortunate enough to become lifelong friends of Spencer Lee (Pete), her oldest son, his wife Vickie, and Miss Inez.
Our most sincere thoughts, prayers and condolences go out to the entire family.

Rest in peace Mrs. Williams. I still remember going to your house off the highway and how welcome you always made me feel. Your home was full of family pictures and I always said when I had kids I would proudly display the family pictures like you did. I have an entire walls dedicated to those pictures. You were a strong woman and I know you will be missed.
