Irene H. Torres, age 66, passed away Thursday, September 20, 2018, peacefully in San Antonio, Texas. Ms. Torres was born in Brownfield, Texas to Willie Herrera and Modesta Vasquez. She is preceded in death by her father; Willie Herrera.
Ms. Torres will be missed most by her loving mother; Jesusa Vasquez-Servoss; daughters; Norma Torres (Paul), Sandra Flores (Thomas) both of La Pryor, Texas, and Angelica Torres of Batesville, Texas.
Gentlemen serving as Pallbearers; Alvaro Torres of Batesville, Texas, Leonel Hinojosa of San Antonio, Texas, Jose Angel Torres of La Pryor, Texas, Christian Flores of La Pryor, Texas, Jorge Aceves of Batesville, Texas, and David Arvizo Jr. of La Pryor, Texas.
A Visitation will be held Monday and Tuesday, September 24, and 25, 2018 from 2:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Serenity, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas.
A Prayer Service will also be held Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at 7:00 P.M Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Serenity, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas.
A Funeral Service will follow at 11:00A.M. Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Serenity, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas.
Interment to follow at Batesville Cemetery, in Batesville, Texas.
