Jeffrey Glenn Tipps' Obituary
Jeffrey Glenn Tipps, age 75, of Brackettville, Texas, passed away on December 14, 2024. Born on August 24, 1949, in Grand Saline, Texas, Jeffrey was a proud United States Air Force veteran and a lifelong resident of Brackettville.
He is survived by his loving wife, Lydia Morin Tipps, and their children: daughter Cassandra Tipps (Sarah); son Jeffrey Glenn Tipps II (Donald); and daughter Jamie Malloy. Jeffrey also leaves behind his brother Stephen Tipps, sisters Pamela Joy Tipps and Deborah Gay Hayes, his Aunt Annette Chowning, grandchildren Nathan Malloy, Ava Su( Jerry), Emily Malloy (Jared), Abigail Malloy, Sylas Rodriguez, Emryss Rodriguez and many cherished nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father Adrian David Tipps, mother Hazel Irene Carlson Tipps, brother Anthony David Tipps, and sister Amanda Adriana La Casse.
Cremation services are under the direction of Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home. Jeffrey will be remembered for his dedication to his family, his service to his country and for his humor and the countless jokes he shared throughout the community.
