Joe Lewis Rubio, age 59, passed away Thursday, December 6, 2018, peacefully in San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Rubio was born in Uvalde, Texas to Mario Rubio and Alicia Trevino. He is preceded in death by his father; Mario Rubio, brother-in-law; Porfidio Arreola Jr., brother; Jesse Arreola, and son; Joe Lewis Rubio Jr.
Mr. Rubio will be missed most by his loving Wife of 29 years; Sandy Garcia, mother; Alicia ( Juan) Arreola , Son; Juan (Cristina) Garcia, Brothers; Johnny (Amber)Arreola, Jorge(Belinda) Arreola , Jimmy(Sabrina) Arreola, Julio(Sylvia)Arreola all of Uvalde, Texas, James(De Ann) Arreola of Seguin, Texas., sisters; Rosemary Arreola of Uvalde, Texas, Sandra (Brent) Myrick of Ephrata, Washington, and 5 Grandchildren all of Uvalde, Texas.
Pallbearers; Johnny Arreola, James Arreola, Jorge Arreola, Jimmy Arreola, Julio Arreola, and Jimmy Munoz.
A Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 12, 2018 from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M., and Thursday, December 13, 2018 from 8:30 A.M to 1:30P.M at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Serenity, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas.
