John Randall Ott (Randy) was born July 20, 1955 in Pasadena, Texas to John Ruby Ott, Jr. and Mary Helen Forgy. He passed October 29, 2024 in Uvalde, Texas. He was a long time resident of Concan, Texas. He is survived by a son Justin Reagan Hayes, and one grandson, both of Las Vegas, Nevada; his mother Mary Yakey of Concan, Texas; sister, Nancy Thompson of San Angelo, Texas; nephews Brian (Amber) Thompson of Dallas, Texas, and Jesse (Sylvia) Thompson of Palmer, Texas; Niece Eowyn (Bryan) Pearce of San Angelo, Texas and three great nephews, James and Cooper Pearce, and Obed Thompson. He was preceded in death by his father, John Ruby Ott, Jr. and daughter Brandy Lynn Hayes.
