Jose Aguilera, age 67 of Uvalde, Texas passed away Friday, November 20, 2020 Uvalde, Texas. Jose Aguilera was born in McAllen, Texas to Dolores Aguilera and Paula Hernandez. He is preceded in death by both parents; Dolores Aguilera and Paula Hernandez Aguilera.
Jose Aguilera will be missed most by his loving wife, Margarita L. Aguilera, of Uvalde, Texas, daughter, Carina (Lee) Esparza, of Uvalde, Texas, 3 grandchildren, Evelynn M. Camacho, Elisa M. Luna, Elias Jose (EJ) Luna, of Uvalde, Texas.
The Aguilera Family would like to thank everyone for their cooperation during this time as we allow only 75 percent capacity and required mask coverings during all services.

A Visitation will be held on Monday, November 23, 2020 from 12:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. and Tuesday, November 24, 2020 from 12:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Serenity, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas.
Due to Covid-19, no Vigil is being held and the Aguilera family will be reciting the holy rosary on Monday, November 23, 2020 and Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at 7:00 pm at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Serenity, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 408 Fort Clark Road, Uvalde, Texas
Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Cemetery, 527 Sgt. Alvarez Lane, Uvalde, Texas.
