Juan Antonio Castillo Sr., age 55 of Uvalde, Texas passed away Saturday, October 3, 2020 in Corpus Christi, Texas. Juan Antonio Castillo Sr. was born in Mexico, on May 12, 1965 to Carlos Castillo and Pura Cuellar. He is preceded in death by his parents both parents; Carlos Castillo and Pura Cuellar Castillo, brother, Ricardo Castillo, brother-in-law, Oscar Bustamante.
Juan Antonio Castillo Sr. will be missed most by his loving wife, Anna Maria Castillo, of Uvalde, Texas, sons; Juan (Cristina) Castillo, Gilbert Castillo, and Alvaro Castillo, all of Uvalde, Texas, daughter, Selena Castillo, of Uvalde, Texas, brothers, Carlos (Lupe) Castillo, of Fort Worth, Texas, Edward “Lalo” Castillo, Joe (Rosie Sambrano) Castillo, George (Stacy) Castillo, of Uvalde, Texas, Rogelio “Roy” Castillo, of La Pryor, Texas, sisters; Purificacion Castillo, of San Antonio, Texas, Maribel Castillo, Yolanda (Joe) Perez, Lisa (Tony) Garcia, all of Uvalde, Texas, 13 grandchildren.
The Castillo Family would like to thank everyone for their cooperation during this time as we allow only 50 percent capacity and required mask coverings during all services.

A Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19, 2020 from 12:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. and Tuesday, October 20, 2020 from 12:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Serenity, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas.
A Prayer Service will be held Monday, October 19, 2020 at 7:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Serenity, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas.
A recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Serenity, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 408 Fort Clark Road, Uvalde, Texas.
Internment to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery, HWY 90 Sgt. Alvarez, Uvalde, Texas, 78801.
