Juan P. Garcia's Obituary
Juan P. Garcia, 93 of El Cenizo died June 21, 2024 at his residence in Cenizo.
Visitation will take place Monday, June 24, 2024 from 12:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.
at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home where a Rosary will begin at 7:00 P.M.
Cremation is under the direction of Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home.
He was born on November 21, 1930 in George West, Texas to Martin Garcia and Juana Pena.
He is survived by one son; Jose Luis wife Dominga Garcia Sr. two grandsons; Jose Luis Garcia Jr., Jaime Leonardo wife Gina Garcia Sr., of Del Rio, two granddaughters; Jessica husband Gill Garcia of Del Rio, Jasmine husband Richard Fernandez of Del Rio 10 great grandchildren, Luis Enrique Garcia, Larissa Garcia, Jaime Leonardo Garcia Jr, Anahi Elisa Garcia, Anali Garcia, Giselle Garcia, Genesis Garcia, Alyssa Fernandez, Andrea Fernandez and Jacob Fernandez all of Del Rio, five great-great-grandchild; Natalie Garcia, Veronica Garcia, Emmit Garcia, Richard Martinez III, and Catalea Garcia of Del Rio, Texas one sister Guadalupe Garcia of Laredo, Texas.
Mr. Garcia was a hardworking man from a young age who cherished his family deeply. Wrestling was a shared passion between him and his son Jose Luis, often attending events together. He also had a love for baseball, particularly Astros, and took pleasure in cleaning and detailing his trucks when not working. His presence will be greatly missed.
