Julie Josephine Galindo, age 25 of La Pryor, Texas passed away Monday, November 9, 2020 Uvalde, Texas. Julie Galindo was born in San Antonio, Texas on September 29, 1995 to Raymundo Galindo and Leticia Lugo. She is preceded in death by her sister, Zayra Galindo.
Julie Galindo will be missed most by her loving partner; Cinthia Uriegas, of Uvalde, Texas, parents; Raymundo (Leticia) Galindo, of Uvalde, Texas; brothers; Ariel Galindo, Alfred Cardona, both of Uvalde, Texas, sisters; Amelia Garza Vela, of Wisconsin, Zari Galindo, of Uvalde, Texas, aunts and uncles; Roy (Nelda) Lugo, Juan (Lisa) Lugo, George (Terry) Lugo, Ralph (Josie) Lugo, all of Uvalde, Texas, Robert (Margaret) Galindo, of Batesville, Texas, grandmothers; Petra Lugo, of Uvalde, Texas, Janie (Rafael Neto) Platts, of Batesville, Texas.
The Galindo family would like to thank everyone for their cooperation during this time as we allow only 50 percent capacity and required mask coverings during all services.

A Visitation will be held on Monday, November 16, 2020 from 12:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. and Tuesday, November 17, 2020 from 12:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Serenity, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas.
Due to Covid-19, no Vigil is being held and the Galindo family will be reciting the holy rosary on Monday, November 16, 2020 and Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at 7:00 pm at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Serenity, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 408 Fort Clark Road, Uvalde, Texas
Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Cemetery, 527 Sgt. Alvarez Lane, Uvalde, Texas.
