Mr. Stillwell will be missed most by his fiancé of 4 years: Racheal Postell, of Del Rio, Texas, brother; Carroll Schultz, of Kerrville, Texas, sisters; Jackie Bebout and Marjorie Ortega, both of Kerrville, Texas.
