Luz Marina Newton's Obituary
Luz Marina Newton, 71 passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 5, 2025 at her residence in Brackettville, Texas. She was born on March 2, 1953 in Nicaragua to Esteban Moreno and Paula Meza.
She is preceded in death by both her parents;
Survivors include her beloved husband; Dennis Floyd Newton of Brackettville, two sons; Guillermo wife Amber Avendano of Troy, Carlos Aleman of Waco; two daughters; Grace Rovillos of Rockwall, Tania husband Chris Olivarri of Waco, four grandsons; Carlos Aleman, Adrian Aleman, Ivan Aleman, Elijah Rovillos, four granddaughters; Ashley Drott, Anastasia Olivarri, Isabelle Olivarri, Kaelynn Avendano, Jackie Olivarri. one great granddaughter and three great grandsons.
The Visitations will be held on Thursday, January 9, 2025 from 12:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M., at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home with the Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 P.M. A Church Service is set for 11:00 A.M, Friday, January 10, 2025 St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church, 301 Ann St., Brackettville, Texas 78832.
Cremation is under the direction of Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home.
