Margarita Robinson
November 15, 1941 – October 3, 2025
Margarita Robinson, beloved sister, aunt, and friend, passed away peacefully on October 3, 2025, at the age of 83.
Born on November 15, 1941, in Mexico to Pedro Enriquez and Margarita Gonzalez, Margarita moved to Uvalde, Texas, at the age of six, where she would spend the rest of her life surrounded by family and friends.
Margarita had a kind and spirited nature. She had a deep love for shopping—always on the lookout for a good find—and found great joy in cooking for those she loved. She had a generous heart and a strong work ethic, reflected in her years of service as a cashier at H-E-B for 18 years. She also worked at Dickie's and later as a devoted caregiver before retiring.
She is survived by her loving siblings: Juan Ramon Enriquez and his wife Pauline, Alejandro Enriquez and his late wife Manuela, Rodolfo Enriquez and his late wife Ymelda, and her sister Maria Alma Valdez and her husband Manuel. Margarita cherished her family deeply and was a source of strength and joy to those around her.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Pedro Enriquez and Margarita Gonzalez; four brothers, Marcos Enriquez, Pedro Enriquez, Luis Enriquez, and Pantaleon Enriquez; and two sisters, Guadalupe Del Toro and Esmeralda Enriquez. Survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A Visitation will be held Friday, October 10, 2025 from 1:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Serenity, a prayer service will take place at 7:00 P.M. A Funeral Service is set for 10:00 A.M, Saturday, October 11, 2025 at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home., 424 Geraldine St.
Interment to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.
Margarita's memory will live on in the hearts of her family and all who knew her. Her kindness, laughter, and love will be dearly missed.
Her favorite colors were Navy blue and Maroon if anyone would like to wear those colors.
