Maria Laura Patricia Moncada-Zepeda, age 69, of El Paso, Texas passed away, September 22, 2020 in Austin, Texas. Mrs. Zepeda was born in Juarez, Mexico on December 27, 1950 to Carlos Alfonso Moncada Gonzalez & Concepcion Matilde Aguilar-Moncada. She is preceded in death by her parents; Carlos Alfonso Moncada Gonzalez & Concepcion Matilde Aguilar Moncada, sister, Concepcion Irene Moncada Gardy and brother-in-law, Bernard S. Gardy.
Maria Laura Patricia Zepeda will be missed most by her loving son; Alejandro Zepeda (Carina Camposano -Zepeda) daughter, Veronica (Orlando Andino) Zepeda-Andino, brothers; Carlos (Patricia) Moncada Jr., Mario (Dolores) Moncada, grandchildren; Alejandro Xavier Zepeda-Camposano, Aleksa Carina Zepeda-Camposano, Luis Adan Andino- Zepeda, Mario Andino, nephews, Christopher Moncada, Christopher Gardy, nieces, Davina Luedecke, Karla Moncada, Melissa Moncada, Valerie Moncada, Christine Gardy Ratcliff, Michelle Gardy Guerrero, Catherine Gardy, Isabela, Gardy, and Alexis Gardy.
Mrs. Zepeda was a Language Teacher for more than 20 years in El Paso, Texas for the Ysleta District.
Visitation: Will be held on Thursday, October 1, 2020 from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.at Harrel Funeral Home, 4435 Frontier Trail, Austin, Texas
A Mass of Christian Burial will also be held at 2:00 PM Friday, October 2, 2020 Saint William Catholic Church, 620 Round Rock W. Drive, Round Rock, Texas
Cremation is under the cremation of Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home
