Mario Alberto Alvarado, 71 of Uvalde died May 26, 2022 at San Antonio Military Center
in San Antonio, Texas.
Visitation will take place on Monday, June 6, 2022 from noon to 9:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, where A rosary will begin at 7:00 P.M. Interment to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.
A Mass of Christian Burial will also be held Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at 2:00PM, Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 408 Fort Clark Street, Uvalde, Texas.
He was born on February 3, 1951 in Uvalde, Texas to Alberto T. Alvarado and Otomi Garcia.
He is survived by two sons; Gabriel Alvarado of Hondo, Texas and Florencio Alvarado of San Antonio, Texas three daughters; Rosalinda Alvarado of Hondo, Texas, Sabrina husband Leo Flores of Uvalde, Texas Barbara Wilson of Idaho Falls, Idaho, sister; Ida Hernandez husband Steve of San Antonio, Texas, 17 grandchildren, and 7- great-children.
Pallbearers; Joshua Alvarado, Sergio Velasquez, Gabriel Alvarado, Cody Cruz, Leo Flores III and Leo Flores IV all of Uvalde, Texas.
He is preceded in death by parents; Alberto T. Alvarado and Otomi Garcia, brothers; Israel Alvarado, Abel Alvarado daughter; Christina Alvarado.
