Mario C. Vazquez. age 69, of Uvalde, Texas died April 24, 2022 at Methodist Hospital in San Antonio, Texas. Cremation is under the direction of Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, 424 Geraldine St., Uvalde, Texas.
He was born on January 19, 1953 in Pierdas Negras, Coahuila, Mexico to Perfecto and Maria Del Jesus Chavez-Vazquez. He was married to Patricia F. Vazquez of Uvalde, Texas, whom he married November 26, 1971 at his home in Pierdas Negras, Coahuila, Mexico.
He is survived by three sons, Mario (Rochelle) Vasquez of Ft. Collins, Colorado, Manuel Vasquez of Uvalde, Texas, Gaberial Vasquez of Midland, Texas two daughters; Renee Vazquez of Temple, Texas, Susana Vasquez of Uvalde, Texas two bothers; Margarito Vazquez of Dallas, Texas, Omar Arellano of Pierdas Negras, Coahuila, Mexico two sisters; Virginia Herrera of Pierdas Negras, Coahuila, Mexico, Luz Medina of Dallas, Texas, granddaughter Ysabel Guera & 23 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by parents; Perfecto & Maria Del Jesus Vazquez brothers; Raul Arellano and Pedro Vazquez.
Cremation is under the direction of Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, 424 Geraldine St., Uvalde, Texas
