Marta L. Bernal, 72 passed away Tuesday, December 24, 2024 in San Antonio.
A Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 1, 2025 from 12:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Serenity, a Rosary will take place at 7:00 P.M. A Mass of Christian Burial is set for 2:00 P.M, Thursday, January 2, 2025 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church., 408 Fort Clark Rd.
Interment to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.
She was born on September 26, 1952 in Mexico to Enrique Lopez and Hermelinda Fraire.
She is survived by her companion; Ruben Gonzalez of Uvalde, one son Mario A. Bernal of Uvalde, three brother; Mario Lopez and wife Adelina, Gaudencio Lopez, Hugo Lopez and wife Julia all of Mexico, four sisters; Natividad Vasquez and husband Erasmo of Houston, Nely Perez and husband Francisco of Mexico, Gloria Dominguez of Mexico, Margarita Aguilera of Uvalde. Multiple nieces and nephews
She is preceded in death by both her parents; spouse; Mario C. Bernal, two brother; Valentin Lopez, Manuel Lopez, one sister; Betty Dominguez.
