Amy Vasquez Rios, age 52, of Uvalde, Texas passed away Tuesday, October 13, 2020 in San Antonio, Texas. Amy Vasquez Rios was born in Lubbock, Texas on December 16, 1967 to Ventura Vasquez and Elisa Ramon. She is preceded in death by her parents; Ventura Vasquez and Elisa Ramon Vasquez, son Esvardo Rios Jr., sister, Corina M. Vasquez.
Amy Vasquez Rios will be missed most by her loving son, Leonardo Rios, of Uvalde, Texas, brother, Jesse Vasquez, of Uvalde, Texas, 2 grandchildren.
Esvardo Rios, age 57, of Uvalde, Texas passed away Sunday, October 18, 2020 in San Antonio, Texas. Esvardo Rios was born in San Antonio, Texas on May 26, 1963 to Alvino Rios and Isabel Leal. She is preceded in death by his parents; Alvino Rios and Isabel Leal Rios, wife, Amy Rios, son, Esvardo Rios, brothers, Jose Luis Rios, Abel Rios.
Esvardo Rios will be missed most by his loving son, Leonardo Rios, of Uvalde, Texas, brothers, Noe Rios, Rolando Rios, Bernardo Rios, Marco Antonio Rios, all of Uvalde, Texas, 2 grandchildren.
A Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22, 2020 from 12:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. and Friday, October 23, 2020 from 12:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Serenity, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas.
A recitation of the Holy Rosary will also be held both days, Thursday, October 22, 2020 and Friday, October 23, 2020 at 7:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Serenity, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, October 24, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Batesville, Texas.
Cremation under the direction of Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home.
