Pedro along with his wife; Antonia are the founders of one of the great restaurant staples in Uvalde Los Alamos on West Main; which just recently closed its doors. They both physically worked there from 1993 until their retirement ten years ago. They also founded Julio's Grill on South Getty in 2002. Here is where you would find them every day visiting with customers. Occasionally they would sneak off to the kitchen to help and to make sure the recipes were still top notch.
