Petra Gomez Escamilla 83 formally of Uvalde died Tuesday October 8, 2024 at Methodist Hospital in San Antonio.
Visitation will take place Wednesday, October 9, 2024 from 2:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home where a Rosary will begin at 7:00 P.M. A Mass of Christian Burial is set for Thursday, October 10, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church and Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.
She was born on May 19, 1941 in Crystal City to Emilio Gomez and Juanita Martinez.

She is preceded in death by both parents; Emilio Gomez and Juanita Martinez; Spouse, Ruben Escamilla; two sisters; Ramona Benavides, Carolina Velasquez; one brother; Reymundo Gomez
