He is preceded in death his father, Eddie Salas Mancha, wife, Norma Mancha, stepfather, Neftale T. Rodriguez.
Rene Cuellar Mancha will be missed most by his loving son, Rene (Rochelle) Mancha Jr., of Uvalde, mother, Olga Cuellar Rodriguez, of Uvalde, Texas, brothers; Rudy Mancha, of Michigan, Ronald (Rhonda) Mancha, of Uvalde, Texas, Mark (Shawn) R. Knight, of Charleston, Horacio (Jenny) Rodriguez, of Michigan, sisters; Linda Sue Rodriguez Gonzales, Marisol (Mario) Rodriguez Montoya, Criselda (Jose) Rodriguez Montero, of Holland, Michigan, cousin, Ydette (Matthew) Cothran, of Helotes, Texas, 20 nieces and Nephews.
