Romana Tenorio, age 79, passed away Friday, January 18, 2019, peacefully at her residence in Uvalde, Texas. Ms. Tenorio was born in Utopia, Texas to Jose & Eloisa Gonzales. She is preceded in death by her parents; Jose & Eloisa Gonzales, brothers; Alfredo & Jessie Gonzales, sister, Ora Rodriguez, grandson, Ricky Tenorio, granddaughter, Christy Trinidad and son-in-law Lupe Ybarra.
Ms. Tenorio will be missed most by her sons; Joe (Connie) Tenorio of Whitney, Texas, Rudy (Carmen) Tenorio of Hobbs, New Mexico, daughters; Caya (Rick) Russell of Fort Worth, Texas, Yolanda (Rudy) Flores of Uvalde, Texas, Linda Ybarra of Uvalde, Texas, Rosie (Carlos) Trinidad of
San Angelo, Texas, 21-grandchildren, 52 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.

A Visitation will be held Monday January 21, 2019 from 12:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Serenity, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas.
A Funeral Service will follow at 1:00P.M. Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Serenity, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas.
Services will conclude at Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery in Uvalde, Texas.
