Rosa Linda Rodriguez, age 62, of Uvalde, Texas passed away Tuesday, March 16, 2021 San Antonio, Texas. Rosa Linda Rodriguez was born in Uvalde, on February 1, 1959 to Adolfo Cruz and Maria Bermea Cruz. She is preceded in death by both her parents; Adolfo Cruz and Maria Bermea Cruz.
Rosa Linda Rodriguez will be missed most by her loving husband; Danny Rodriguez Sr., of Uvalde, Texas, sons; Danny Rodriguez Jr., of Alabama, Daniel Rodriguez, Chris (Melissa) Rodriguez, Gabriel Rodriguez, Adrian (Sonia) Rodriguez, all of Uvalde, Texas, brothers; Adolfo “Cote” Cruz, Johnny Joe Cruz, both of Uvalde, Texas, sisters; Leticia Cruz Gonzalez, Dora Cruz, both of Uvalde, Texas, Blanca Cruz, of San Antonio, Texas, Mary Alice Munoz, of Uvalde, Texas, 24 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Marky Rodriguez, Chris Rodriguez, Daniel Rodriguez, Chris Rodriguez Sr., Gabriel Rodriguez and Adrian Rodriguez.
A visitation will be held Monday, March 22, 2021, from 12:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. and Tuesday, March 23, 2021, from 12:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel Serenity, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas.
A recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held Monday, March 22, 2021, at 7:00 P.M. and Tuesday, March 23, 2021, at 7:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel Serenity, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 408 Fort Clark Road, Uvalde, Texas
Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Cemetery, 527 Sgt. Alvarez Lane, Uvalde, Texas.
