Sandra Verdusco Garcia, age 57 of Uvalde, Texas passed away Thursday, April 16, 2020 in Uvalde, Texas. Sandra Verdusco Garcia was born May 5, 1962 to Alfredo Verdusco Sr. and Belia Torralva Verdusco. She is preceded in death by son, Joe Rubio Jr., parents, Alfredo Verdusco and Belia Torralva Verdusco, spouse, Joe Rubio, brother, Albert Verdusco.
Sandra Verdusco Garcia will be missed most by her son, Juan (Kristina) Garcia Jr., of Uvalde, Texas, brothers; Richard (Irene) Diaz, Alfredo (Rosemary) Verdusco Jr., Arnold Verdusco, all of Uvalde, Texas, sisters; Sulema (Gilbert) Bermea, and Linda (Jesse) Martinez, both of Uvalde, Texas, grandchildren; Khameran Garcia, Kelsey Garcia, Janel Garcia, Saige Garcia, Karly Garcia, Christian Garcia, all of Uvalde, Texas, 1 great-grandchild, Alivia Alejandro.
Gentlemen serving as pallbearers; Paul Verdusco, Arnold Verdusco, Joey Verdusco, Juan M. Garcia Jr., all of Uvalde, Texas.
The Garcia family would like to thank everyone for their cooperation during this time as we allow only 10 people at a time during all services.
A Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 19, 2020 from 9:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Serenity, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas.
A Recitation of the Holy Rosary will also be held 7:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Serenity, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas.
A Graveside Service will follow with the Reverend Father Eddy Morales officiating on Monday, April 20, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Cemetery, 527 Lovers Lane, Uvalde, Texas.
Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Cemetery, 527 Lovers Lane, Uvalde, Texas.
Services are entrusted to Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas.
