Vasquez was born in Uvalde, Texas on March 9, 1988 to Lucio Vasquez Sr. and Teresa Almanza Medrano. He is preceded in death by maternal grandparents; Jose Medrano Jr. and Victoria Medrano, paternal grandparents; Angel Vasquez and Roberta Vasquez, daughter, Jilliana Nevaeh Vasquez.
Simon M. Vasquez will be missed most by his loving mother; Teresa Medrano of Batesville, Texas, father; Lucio Vasquez Sr. of Batesville, Texas, companion; Dora Marie Cortez, of Batesville, Texas, sons; Jeremiah Angel Vasquez, Joe Anthony Bosquez both Batesville, Texas, daughter; Jennaida Bosquez. Of Batesville, Texas, brothers; Lucio Vasquez and Andrew Vasquez both of Batesville, Texas.
A Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 26, 2022 and Thursday , January 27, 2022 both days from 12:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Serenity, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas.
A Rosary will be held both days at 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 26, 2022 and Thursday, January 27, 2022 at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home, Chapel of Serenity, 424 Geraldine Street, Uvalde, Texas.
