Soila Torres Gonzales, 80 of Uvalde died Saturday, April 6, 2024 at Amistad Nursing Home in Uvalde.
A Visitation will take place Sunday, April 14, 2024 from 12:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home where a Rosary will take place at 7:00 P.M. A Mass set for Monday April 15, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. in Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.
She was born on June 19, 1943 in Uvalde to Zoila Estrada and Pedro Torres.
She is survived by her son; Julian T. Morales Jr. of Uvalde, daughter; Emily T. Gonzales of Uvalde, sister; Dora Torres Canales of Rio Frio, four grandchildren; Justine Gonzalez, Julian Brandon Morales both all of Uvalde, Richard Gonzalez, Priscilla Morales both of San Antonio, two great grandson; Benjamin Gonzalez, RJ Gonzalez both of San Antonio. one great granddaughter; San Antonio.
She is preceded in death by both her husband; Raul C. Gonzales, parents; Zoila Estrada and Pedro Torres, son; Frankie Gonzales, brothers; Willie Torres, Raymond Torres, Ernesto Torres, Raul Torres, Pedro “Pete” Torres, sister; Maria Teresa Martinez.
