Susan Lynn Randall
December 2, 1950 - January 1, 2026
Susan Lynn Randall (Paladie), age 75, was called home to the Lord, surrounded by the love of her family. She passed peacefully, trusting in God’s promise of eternal life.
Susan was born on December 2, 1950, in St. Paul, MN. Growing up, she cherished summers spent at the family cabin in WI. As a young woman, Susan served as a VISTA Volunteer and obtained her cosmetology license. She later relocated to Texas, where she earned her Cosmetology Instructor’s License from UNT.
Throughout her cosmetology career, Susan wore many hats—operator, manager, leader. It was at Honda that Susan met her husband and love of her life, Timothy Randall, sharing twenty-six beautiful years together. Susan and Tim were blessed to travel for more than ten years in their RV before settling in Brackettville, TX, with her beloved canine companion, Zak.
Susan was preceded in death by her parents, Stephen J. Paladie and Helen J. Paladie (McGinn); son, Joshua W. Randall; and grandson, Travis M. George.
Susan is survived by her husband, Timothy Randall; her children, Joy Wilson (Glen), Robert L. Randall (Lara), Hope West (Steve), Amy J. Randall, and Dennis Sanchez; instructor, director of education, and salon owner. During numerous work trips, she fell in love with Ohio. Though she feared she may have been too old to stand behind a cosmetology chair, she believed she was never too old to begin a new career. Susan moved to Ohio and began working on the assembly line at Honda, where she completed ten years of dedicated service and concluded her career as a team.
Cremation is under the direction of Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home
